UN welcomes tranquility deal in Central Cameras Republic.

The U. N. Security Council now welcomed the cease-fire agreement and peace deal within the Central African Republic that can allow President Francois Bozize to stay in office and let the opposition to run the government.

The council emphasized the importance for "expeditious implementation" of the agreements reached in Libreville, Gabon on Friday been the 11 of the month, and called with all parties "to carry out them in good faith. "

A rebel offensive stopped next to the capital and posed a grave threat for Bozize.

A council statement overdue Friday urged speedy usage of all people requiring humanitarian assistance and immediate release off civilians being held by armed groups.

Council members also demanded a sudden end to reported man rights violations including concentrating on ethnic minorities, recruitment and usage of child soldiers, and erotic violence.
